Shipping & Handling
Orders are shipped from Audaviv within 1-3 business days of order Monday-Friday, except during national holidays or unless otherwise noted. All orders are shipped from our office in Germany via DHL or Deutsche Post.
We offer free standard shipping on orders above $85 to the following areas (note: for orders under $85, the shipping fee is $6.99). All shipments are sent with tracking.
For the rest of the world, we have have a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99.
All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure a secure delivery. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is on its way, along with tracking details.
Actual delivery times depend on your country's postal processing times. Most orders within Germany typically arrive within 1-2 days after shipment. Orders across Europe typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Most orders to USA, Canada & Australia arrive within 7-14 days after shipment. Please note these are average delivery times.
Actual delivery time may take longer due to a variety of factors outside of our control, including international customs, weather conditions, your country's post office processing times, or high volume periods such as during holiday periods.
For all international orders, please allow up to 4 weeks for your package to arrive. Unfortunately, we have no influencer over actual delivery time. If your order has not arrived, please see your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. Feel free to also email us if you have any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Finally, please be sure to promptly pick up your package at your local post office if they attempted to deliver and left a notice. Please note that post offices will ship abandoned packages back to us after a period of time (this varies per country). It is your responsibility to pick up your package in a timely manner. It is also your responsibility to track the package with the tracking information provided. If you fail to pick up your package and your post offices has to reship back to us, we will reship your package one more time (after it has arrived back to us). However, you will be held responsible for covering shipping costs. If you continue to miss your package and / or fail to pick it up at your post office, we will not be held responsible for reshipping your jewelry or for the loss of your product.
